Brandcode was awarded the tender to present the best-fit concept to translate L'OREAL PARIS - Egypt's New Era.
The task mainly set to lead L'OREAL Paris—Egypt's internal communication during the journey.
Brandcode applied the CODE strategy framework, collaborated closely with the L'OREAL team, and considered working within such beauty giant a privilege. Our journey began with a comprehensive one-to-one interview, which allowed us to grasp the macro and micro-level challenges within the organization in great detail.
Connect & Comprehend: We embarked on a journey of discovery, interviewing the subsidiary's MANCOM team, studying the ecosystem, and deeply delving into the unique cultural elements of Egyptian civilization. We identified these elements as potential integrations into the L'OREAL brand narrative, respecting and valuing Egypt's rich heritage.
Originate & Outline: Our team crafted the "Bold Reimagination" concept, which digested these cultural elements and colored them the L'OREAL way. This concept was designed to unify the Egypt team with a shared vision, goals, and objectives.
Deliver & Dominate: The concept was launched at the 2024 convention in front of the Giza Pyramids, where we presented engaging content and visual materials that embodied the Bold Reimagination theme. We ensured every detail exceeded expectations, from content creation to the event's visual identity.
Evaluate & Enhance: Post-launch, we follow up and offer all the needed support to keep the concept fresh and the impact of the new communication connecting. Gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments when required is crucial to ensure continuous engagement and alignment with the brand’s values. This strategic approach helped L'OREAL Paris—Egypt fosters a cohesive team environment, promoting a unified vision and shared dream among the employees.
